A cross run is a four lane track and field event where athletes race 400 meters, five laps on a standard 400 m track. Each jog (measurement between start and finish) must be done in under 80 seconds for records to count. Anyone who can maintain this speed for the entire distance will show great strength, endurance, and agility.
