Bodiam castle is one of the most interesting medieval castles in England and certainly one of the most photogenic. Though nothing much remains to be seen inside and it is a ruin, it has been reconstructed on several occasions and today’s Bodiam Castle looks almost identical to the original one. The moat, however, was altered so that it would no longer have any effect on the modern village of Bodiam, which sits right next to the castle.
